Office Building Project

The design project of an office space is always a challenge for any architect: if an apartment has one owner, and the customer, respectively, is also one, then the process of designing an office is much more complicated. The latter must take into account the wishes of the contractor, and the interests of those who will be in it: whether it be employees, customers, partners or guests. Comfort, ergonomics, color solutions in the interior – everything was thought out to the smallest detail and as a result we can be proud of the project, which is both beautiful and simple and stylish at the same time.

A little about the location and details of the design: the object (building area 1200 m²) is located in Boryspil district. Open space-solution for offices will not see anyone, but lecture hall and Skype-zones deserve special attention. They are convenient, above all, and they want to communicate – and therefore the premises perform their main function. The facade of the building is sheathed with a corrugated profile and thermosoop, it also has a fragmentary implemented greening solution that only emphasizes the profile and field of activity of the company (the agricultural sector). We add that the sheds and storage facilities for the storage of agricultural machinery are also provided for by the project.

In a word, in the office space it is not only pleasant to work, but it is also not a shame to hold meetings with business partners, including foreign ones.
