Modern office design
When designing a modern office, you need to understand that the maximum benefit from the quality of office design should be received by consumers, people who stay in the office for many hours (company employees, customers, investors and others).
This design of a modern office with an area of â€‹â€‹1200 m2, made in black, yellow, white and business brown, has the concept of an open space with transparent walls, which harmoniously combines different functional areas such as: office reception, meeting room, relaxation area and dining area , the main room with workplaces, the office of the head, office for negotiations. Communications, which are located on the ceiling of the office premises, in this design the interior of the office in Kiev, for the most part are not closed to the eyes of visitors and employees of the company.
At the central entrance to the office premises there is a reception area – the face of a modern company, the appearance of which affects the general opinion of the visitor about the company. In the reception area there is a reception desk with two workstations (for more information about the design of the reception area, see our project here), turnstiles for the control and management system for the entrance and exit of company employees, as an additional security system (for the passage of the turnstile, you must have a card access, or keychain), as well as the main decoration of the reception area, is the wall with the company logo.
In the office building there is a large workroom, in which workplaces should be located as convenient as possible for company employees so that company employees can interact with each other as quickly as possible, and also so that they can quickly adapt to any changes in the company. In the workroom there is a lot of basic natural lighting and large windows, all this will contribute to a positive working mood of the team.
Since most office workers spend a lot of time at work, this project interior office in Kiev provides workers not only with a place where they will work comfortably, but also a place where they will have the opportunity to have a good rest and refresh themselves.
A lot of square meters in the office space are allotted for the dining area with kitchenette and relaxation area. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment for the preservation and heating of products. A cozy room for corporate snacks, tea parties, coffee breaks, which allows you to accommodate a large number of employees, is made in black and yellow colors. The use of yellow in the design of the office brings sunlight to the atmosphere of the room, looking at it, employees will be more cheerful, they will have new ideas for work projects. The glazed sitting area is also made in the same colors, where you can relax and discuss working issues in a quiet, small, enclosed room.
A large meeting room (conferences, various project events) for 20 people, there is a separate desk with a computer, so that it is convenient to include various presentations, plans, projects and control the entire demonstration process on a large plasma. On the central wall in the hall is the company logo. Large windows allow you to let in a lot of natural lighting, which allows you to save in the daytime on artificial lighting, which is enough in this room.
The design of the modern office of the head and meeting room is made in light brown and white colors. These colors are associated with status, stability, create a certain mood, positively affect the psyche. These rooms differ from the general design style of the office space, so that visitors mentally switch to business negotiations. The office of the head of the company is filled with a minimum amount of furniture for full work, in the meeting room there is all the necessary furniture for the complete convenience of visitors.
