The reconstruction of the industrial building
The reconstruction of the industrial building transformed it into a modern office and laboratory space. The authentic stone walls and industrial character of the architecture were preserved, harmoniously combined with new elements — glass partitions, metal staircases, and bright interior accents.
Inside, a multifunctional environment was created: office open-space zones, meeting rooms with glass walls, laboratory premises, and research areas. The interior stands out with a mix of natural materials and contemporary details: concrete floors, exposed ceilings with visible utilities, yellow lamps, and art objects that add character and dynamics.
The exterior maintains the industrial spirit of the complex: stone facades are complemented by modern metal and wooden inserts, while a large yellow sculpture at the entrance highlights the creativity and new purpose of the space.
This project demonstrates how industrial buildings can be reimagined, preserving their historical identity while transforming them into modern working and research environments.
