Interior design of the hall in the business center

The lobby is designed in a hi-tech and minimalist style. The space is built around a combination of black glossy and mirrored surfaces, enhancing the sense of scale and depth. At the center is a reception desk with integrated lighting, finished in white tones that contrast with the dark walls.

At the entrance, glass turnstiles with stainless steel elements emphasize the technological character of the space and provide secure access control. Lighting is implemented through linear LED systems integrated into the ceiling and vertical structures, creating dynamics and visual accents.

The layout is divided into functional zones:

• Reception area with workstations for administrators;

• Waiting area with soft seating near panoramic windows;

• Transit zone with turnstiles and guided flows.

The design is based on the principles of light-and-shadow contrasts, clean geometric forms, and the use of modern materials such as glass, metal, and polished panels. The atmosphere of the lobby combines rigor, business style, and a premium sense of space.
