Reconstruction of an office building
This building, previously a barracks made of rubble, was built by captured German soldiers. The building is located on the territory of a grain elevator, near Kiev. During its renovation, we decided to increase its height in order to create more spacious and functional spaces. By using new roofing structures, we gave the building a more aesthetic appearance. To give the building an elegant and modern appearance, we added deck boards to the façade. This element gives the building some elegance and completes its architectural appearance. The building was divided into two main areas – office and laboratory. Ultimately, this renovated building is now a modern architectural design that combines functionality, aesthetics and practicality. Together with innovative solutions and improvements, it has become the hallmark of the elevator, serving not only as a workplace, but also as a symbol of progress and development.
